The Sr. Specialist, Talent and Development is responsible for implementing the processes and programs related to talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement. This is in support of the business objectives of East-West Seed Philippines and aligned with the overall direction of East-West Seed Group. Talent Acquisition Executes the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring that the sourcing, assessments, onboarding, and communication processes with and between candidates or new hire, and hiring managers plus stakeholders are contributing to a positive candidate and/or employee experience Executes sourcing strategies that build sustainable candidate and/ or talent pipelines, improving service level agreements with hiring managers and stakeholders Partners with universities and builds necessary linkages to further the agenda of acquiring the best talent for EWPH Onboarding Performs the delivery and execution of onboarding initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience and create programs that would help meet EWPH strategic objectives, as needed Performs the onboarding process, ensuring that requirements and communications are cascaded to managers and employees and ensuring all processes pertaining to regularization are implemented in a timely manner Recommends and/or implements process improvements in the form of automations, use of different tools, and streamlining of existing processes for onboarding Records and maintains the database pertaining to onboarding to ensure availability of information when needed and availability for the monthly dashboard Learning and Development Supports the delivery and execution of training initiatives that enable the development of all employees to meet EWPH strategic objectives Performs the end-to-end training process, ensuring that needs assessments, requests, sourcing, implementation, evaluation, and communication processes are done on a timely basis and are contributing to a positive employee experience Co-designs and co-facilitates training sessions for professional and leadership development of all employees Recommends and/or implements process improvements in the form of automations, use of different tools, and streamlining of existing processes for training Records and maintains the database pertaining to training activities to ensure availability of information when needed and availability for the monthly dashboard Performance Management Supports the rollout of the performance management process and ensures that all employees and managers are properly trained on roles and expectations Monitors the proper implementation of the process in collaboration with functional managers Culture Building Supports the administration of culture and engagement surveys including results generation , analysis and summarization for reporting to EWPH leadership team Supports the consolidation of culture and engagement action plans. Monitors the execution of agreed plans and reports progress Talent Management Supports the implementation of talent management processes/tools Executes the internship program & SNG Scholarship implementation at EWPH Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM/HRD or related field. Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role in learning and development, talent management or related areas. Adept with L&D and talent management concepts, tools and practices Experience as an HR generalist is an added advantage Knowledge and/or experience in using Korn Ferry competency is a strong advantage Highly independent and can navigate his/her way through a situation without close supervision Station in San Rafael, Bulacan or Lipa, Batangas; Flexible to travel in Philippine sites If you are ~ Passionate to excel and grow in a company that serves small shareholder farmers Looking for opportunity to work in a multinational organization Willing to work in a hybrid set-up/Bulacan area Do apply and reach out to us Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr
