What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat=

  • Handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

  • Working closely with other teams to ensure timely solutions

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience. We accept a recent graduates, including Senior High School (any discipline - we value potential and attitude) Career shifters are also welcome to apply

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn

  • A proactive, positive, and customer-first mindset

  • Ready to start right away

  • Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City on a shifting schedule

  • Must reside within 10 km radius of Eastwood, Quezon City
