Duties and Responsibilities Lead, mentor and manage maintenance personnel in electro-mechanical and process designs, and to other infrastructure projects and facilities e.g., wastewater, boiler, and the likes. Develop technical strategies and design guidelines and perform value engineering aligned with project requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, malasakit, and excellence by mentoring maintenance personnel about behavioral matters, quality standards and consistency, experimentation, data-driven analysis, design thinking. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet all requirements. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and identifying cost-effective solutions. Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping team members develop their skills. Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. Electro-Mechanical Systems Design Lead the selection and design integration of equipment such as but not limited to pumps, blowers, valves, motors, control panels, power distribution systems, generator system, piping systems and wastewater systems. Ensure seamless integration with process systems. Process Design & Optimization Provide leadership in process improvement of manufacturing lines, water and wastewater treatment systems. Validate process parameters, optimize performance, reduce energy consumption, and ensure compliance with discharge norms. Regulatory, Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications. Champion safety in design principles in all phases and implement rigorous quality checks, reviews, and risk assessments. Qualifications and Skills Graduate and preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role. Proven experience in a large-scale food manufacturing plants. Strong command of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS) and hands-on experience with load calculations, equipment sizing, and control system architecture are required. Familiarity with EPC project execution is also necessary. Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with experience in performance reviews and skill development. Experience in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Willing to work in Sta.
