About the role FUN CHASING INC. is seeking an experienced Museum Manager to join our team in Greenhills San Juan City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our innovative museum, ensuring its smooth running and delivering exceptional visitor experiences. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow museum attendance, increase revenue, and enhance the overall visitor experience Managing a team of curators, educators, and administrative staff to deliver engaging exhibitions, educational programmes, and events Overseeing the museum's budget, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective operations Liaising with key stakeholders, such as donors, sponsors, and community partners, to build and maintain strong relationships Ensuring the museum's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Continuously seeking ways to innovate and modernise the museum's offerings to stay competitive in the Hospitality & Tourism industry What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar museum management role or relevant leadership position in the Hospitality & Tourism industry Proven track record of successfully leading a team and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organisational goals Excellent financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to optimise resources and identify new revenue streams Strong stakeholder management and networking abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain key partnerships Passion for the arts, culture, and heritage, with a deep understanding of the museum industry and its trends Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences What we offer At Millenial Minds Laboratory Inc', we are dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
