Overview Marketing Analyst (Data Analytics) (Onsite) role at HR TechX Corp. Open to onsite work in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Write and optimize SQL queries (Structured Query Language) and work with Google Cloud BigQuery to manage and analyze large datasets. Apply programming knowledge in Python and R for statistical analysis and data modeling. Utilize Excel for advanced data manipulation, reporting, and analysis. Work with ETL processes and tools to extract, transform, and load data for integration across multiple systems. Build segmentation models to identify customer groups and evaluate campaign performance. Synthesize and summarize large datasets into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards for business teams. Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategy and decision-making with data-driven insights. Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and analyses. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in SQL coding and Google Cloud BigQuery (or equivalent). Proficiency in Python, R, and Microsoft Excel for analytics. Solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data pipelines. Knowledge of segmentation models and marketing analytics. Strong analytical thinking and ability to present complex data clearly and concisely. Open to full onsite work and night shift schedule.
