Qualifications:
Education:
Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC License.
Also Acceptable: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist, or Physical Therapist.
Experience:
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a hospital, clinical setting, as a medical instructor, or as a Medical Scribe.
Experience in BPO customer service for 2 years is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills with a pleasant phone voice.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Technical Requirements:
Dual-monitor setup (PC/Laptop) with backup device. Macbooks are not allowed.
Fast and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or the ability to upgrade). Must have a main ISP and a backup ISP (prepaid wifi/pocket wifi acceptable).
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Pacific Time (PH graveyard shift).
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week).
Pay: $4 USD per hour.
