Job Description
Admin Manager - Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all administrative functions: This includes but is not limited to:
- Human Resources: Recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Finance and Accounting: Accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Office Management: Facilities management, procurement, inventory control, and general office administration.
- Information Technology: Manage IT infrastructure, software, and systems, ensuring data security and smooth operations.
- Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to senior management: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with other departments, clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably within the maritime or logistics industry.
- Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate effectively, and drive results.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Strong Work Ethic: Highly motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
