Credit Control Analyst

Role description For this role you will be working together as one team with Credit & Account receivable functions in the region and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, Health & Safety. Responsibilities Close liaison with the Regional Credit Control Manager and Credit Control team to bring collection issues to resolution. Perform client review through sales cloud and produce D&B credit checks on an ad hoc basis. Monitor Accounts Receivable Inbox and distribute tasks. Update daily status on portal related clients, monthly key Client Smartsheet Formula references, and use Excel formulas in monthly Working Capital file. Create weekly AR Master File and separate Credit Control Ledgers and new Cash Focus Working File. Report Daily Next Day Funds. Conduct Weekly Overdue Debt Analysis for amounts between £50k and £100k. Report Bi-weekly Aged Debt Analysis Report for Key Clients. Produce Month End Duplicate Transaction Lines AR Report. Produce Monthly and Quarterly D&B Database Report. Perform any other job‑related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related field in Finance. 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience focusing on end‑to‑end process of Accounts Receivable. Knowledgeable in Credit Management and score tools such as Dun & Bradstreet. Exposure to shared service or multinational environment is an advantage. Experience with ERP Systems is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player.
