We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented leader to join our retail group as Business Process Manager. This pivotal role will drive operational excellence, process innovation, and digital integration across the organization — ensuring that systems, workflows, and technology are fully aligned with business goals. As a key member of the management team, the Business Process Manager will lead initiatives that shape how our organization operates, builds efficiency, and sustains growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, analysis, and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. Champion process excellence initiatives that bridge business functions with technology-driven solutions. Oversee the IT department, ensuring technology, systems, and infrastructure directly support business priorities. Spearhead the optimization of retail systems such as POS, MMS (Merchandise Management System), and in-house applications. Drive automation and digital transformation projects, ensuring systems and data flow seamlessly across departments. Establish and monitor KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to measure process and technology performance. Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into efficient workflows. Ensure strong data governance, information security, and system compliance across all stores and operations. Mentor and develop teams within both Business Process and IT, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in business process management, systems improvement, or IT leadership, preferably within a retail or multi-branch organization. Proven track record in strategic process design, system integration, and change management. Strong familiarity with MMS and other retail-related systems. Capable of overseeing IT operations and in-house system development. Skilled in setting, tracking, and driving KRA/KPI frameworks tied to organizational performance. Resourceful, forward-thinking, and results-driven with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Willing to be based in Cainta, Rizal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
