We work together, we are brilliantly creative, we embrace difference, and we want you to join in our mission, to make the world safer and more secure.Take a look at our website here to learn more about why we’re one of the leading global Cyber Security and Risk Mitigation business… Opportunity:**We are looking for an individual to join our growing Global Managed Services Solution Architecture team.This role would position the successful candidate at the front of our client and sales engagements.**Key Accountabilities:*** Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.* Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.* Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to: Generation of customer proposals. Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.* Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.* Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.* Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process* Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives**Requirements:*** Experience in scoping and designing client solutions. (Must Have)* A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities.
