Responsible for administering medication and treatment during work hours to some employees. Responsible for coordinating with the companys healthcare provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees. Evaluating an employees health and making lifestyle recommendations to improve their health Collaborate with the company's safety officers to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of safety protocols. Qualifications Registered Nurse With at least 1-year working experience Willing to be assigned to the site Preferably with OHNAP Certification Preferably with experience in the Construction Industry Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees of diverse backgrounds and relay medical information clearly. Familiarity with health promotion strategies, wellness programs, and disease prevention. Basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
