Overview

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees. This role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of the company's workforce. The primary focus is on preventive healthcare, medical assistance, and first aid, with the aim of ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing basic healthcare needs to a companys employees including administering first aid where needed and evaluating employees overall health.
  • Responsible for administering medication and treatment during work hours to some employees.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the companys healthcare provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees.
  • Evaluating an employees health and making lifestyle recommendations to improve their health
  • Collaborate with the company's safety officers to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse
  • With at least 1-year working experience
  • Willing to be assigned to the site
  • Preferably with OHNAP Certification
  • Preferably with experience in the Construction Industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees of diverse backgrounds and relay medical information clearly.
  • Familiarity with health promotion strategies, wellness programs, and disease prevention.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to manage health records, medical supplies, and documentation efficiently.
