Work Location: Polomolok, South Cotabato Work Setup: Daily Onsite We are looking for a Maintenance & Technical Development Superintendent who will lead plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and technical improvement initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operations , manages multi-disciplinary projects from planning to execution, and plays a vital role in driving continuous improvement across all technical systems. Key Responsibilities Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and utilities. Oversee installation, commissioning, and process improvement projects (mechanical, electrical, and utilities). Manage CAPEX planning , project execution, and supplier coordination. Monitor key metrics (downtime, MTBF, MTTR) and implement reliability and cost-efficiency improvements. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Build technical capability within the maintenance team through coaching and hands‑on training. Support technical development projects that enhance process efficiency and equipment performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (licensed preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical projects within a manufacturing or processing plant . Proven track record in equipment reliability, project management, and preventive maintenance systems . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
