Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading technology company that offers a full spectrum of global technology and supply chain services to businesses around the world. Responsibilities Responsible for the ECCN and HTS classification recommendation of products in the technology industry, with final decision to be confirmed by Senior Associates, ensuring compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and regulations. Develop proficiency in the Commerce Control List and the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule to determine ECCN classification for technology products, working closely with Senior Associates. Request and evaluate manufacturer‑supplied classification information, confirming final classification decisions for U.S. Export orders. Support export license determination in accordance with the CCL, including requesting vendor’s Encryption Registration Number (ERN) and CCATS when necessary. Maintain vendor and internal compliance contact lists, and manage vendor classification price lists and upload files for Trade Compliance Specialists. Execute export order screening, holding or releasing orders as authorized within department service level agreements. Generate, maintain, and manage compliance reporting and performance metrics, including trend analysis and audit metrics. Develop drafts of written procedures and training guides for product classification and export order management processes. Provide support and conduct compliance audits as determined by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field of study. Minimum 2 years of functional experience in Global Trade Compliance/International Logistics with experience in ECCN or HTS classification. Able to work night shift and hybrid work setup. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
