We are looking for a skilled Testing Analyst that can help support our growing customer base. In this role, you will use your knowledge and skills to ensure our applications meet the desired standards of quality and performance. Working with Business Analysts and Application Developers, you will be responsible for all aspects of testing in an Agile environment, including systems testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, quality assurance testing, regression testing, and performance testing. You will collaborate with different stakeholders within the company to implement best practices that scale and help us meet our delivery targets. Job Description for a Testing Analyst Your Responsibilities as a Testing Analyst Design and document test cases. Coordinate provisioning of test environments with the DevOps team. Conduct testing across a variety of applications. Update stakeholders on testing progress. Identify blockers and ambiguity then resolve them immediately. Document processes and best practices. Assist Senior Testing Analyst and/or Business Analyst as needed. Qualifications as a Testing Analyst Proven work experience as a Testing Analyst. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Proficient in Agile Software Development. Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to communicate with both business and technical people. Hands‑on experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium.
