Job Summary Responsible in leading the Product Management team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market. Responsible in guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. The primary driver of the group’s vision; overseeing the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. They are product experts with a powerful capability to make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses. Responsible in ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals Oversees respective products’ Profit/Loss, handles product pricing and control. Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses Responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations. Monitors monthly sales progress and closely coordinates with sales team on how to achieve targets. Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Oversees the roles of juniors in the product management department, that is the; Product Owners and Product Managers. The Product Head constantly ensures that the functions of these positions are properly and effectively being executed. Job Specifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Professional level in verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills Education, Licenses and Certificates Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate courseBachelor’s degree in Office/Business Administration, Business Management and/or other related courses Relevant Experience At least one (2) years work experience as a Product Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
