  • Report and dashboards creation
  • Relevant Job titles: Reports Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to provide actionable insights for managers.
  • Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards to visualize data for enhanced decision-making.
  • System Management: Manage and support existing Management Information Systems (MIS), including troubleshooting and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all data and reports generated from the MIS.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to understand reporting requirements, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate system change.
