Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Automation & Systems Technologist to manage, analyze, and enhance the Intake & Governance technology ecosystem supporting the Asurion University team. This role combines analyst responsibilities (building automated reporting and data visualizations) with systems development (workflow automation and integrations). Current platforms include SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), and Asana, though responsibilities extend to adapting as platforms evolve. Responsibilities Maintain and optimize data repositories, intake forms, and document storage solutions that support project initiation and handoffs. Build and maintain automated reporting solutions (dashboards, dataflows, metrics) to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights. Design, develop, and support process automations (e.g., data transfers, intake workflows, notifications). Support and enhance applications that facilitate universal project submission and tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Innovation Lab, Program Management) to pilot and scale automation environments. Ensure integration and data alignment across workflow systems, project management tools, and reporting platforms. Troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and contribute to governance and compliance initiatives. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in system administration, development, or business process automation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar automation/reporting platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into dashboards and reports. Experience with workflow automation, data pipelines, or project intake processes. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and API integrations. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Preferred Skills Background in supporting program management, corporate training, or enablement functions. Familiarity with Dataverse connectors or comparable data integration tools. Experience managing secure environments or sensitive data handoffs.
