Job Description
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internet café computers, printers, and other peripherals. This includes tasks like virus removal, operating system reinstallation, hardware component replacement, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of internet café equipment. This includes cleaning, updating software, managing user accounts, and monitoring network security. Proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to internet café customers, addressing their questions and resolving their computer-related problems. This requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, potentially Linux), networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), and common applications. Experience with computer repair, virus removal, and network configuration is essential.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently. The ability to think critically and systematically to identify the root cause of issues is crucial.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers with varying levels of technical expertise. Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly are necessary for providing good customer service.
