Index Client Onboarding Analyst – Nasdaq Manila Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines This is a permanent full‑time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The position follows a hybrid schedule – at least two in‑office days per week – and offers an autonomous, fast‑paced environment. What We Offer: HMO coverage for you and your dependents. What You Will Do: Lead client onboarding and offboarding engagements, developing project plans and timelines in partnership with key business customers. Qualify inbound leads and triage data access requests to the appropriate Sales representatives. Coordinate across Index teams and support teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling expectations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Build strong relationships with external clients, provide guidance, and assist with training and technical support. Maintain accurate documentation, track IP whitelisting, and partner with the BPI team to mitigate risks. Facilitate client access to Nasdaq Index data services, resolve basic technical issues, and raise access requests as needed. Assist in managing vendor distribution platforms and resolving advanced issues, and manage licensing agreements for Index Data access. What We Expect: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent. 1–2 years of client‑facing experience, preferably in financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong collaboration, organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to triage problems, drive process optimization, and work independently or as part of a team. Basic understanding of client onboarding processes in financial services. Must be amenable to mid‑shift/night shift and at least two days per week in‑office.
