Job Purpose Provide quality service and help build rapport between the company and the buyers by facilitating the smooth turnover of units and addressing buyers' and homeowners' concerns efficiently. Responsibilities Ensure units handed over by contractors meet the developer's quality and safety standards before they are endorsed for homeowner turnover. Facilitates a smooth and organized turnover of units to homeowners, ensuring a positive client experience. Keeps accepted but unturned units in proper condition until they are officially turned over to homeowners. Ensures efficient management of unit warranties and resolution of post-turnover homeowner concerns within warranty coverage. Assistance on scheduling of unit inspections. Qualifications Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management or Business-related courses. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in turnover operations (unit inspections, punchlisting, defect rectification coordination). At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service roles within the real estate, property management, or construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with buyers and homeowners. Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving concerns. Training or certification in Project/Facilities/Property Management, Customer Service or related field is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
