Captain Waiter

FILINVEST COMPANY: TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT The Captain Waiter/Waitress will assist in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division. The Timberland Highlands Resort Food & Beverage Service maximizes profits, maintains food / beverage / service quality and ensures customer satisfaction. Responding to customer requests. To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed. Ensures that staffs are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hygiene and sanitation procedures. Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service. Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities. Ensures the set-up for functions is prepared before the event. Brief staffs on station assignments and side duties at the beginning of the shift. Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time. QULAIFICATIONS Graduate of any 4 year course Atleast 2 years work experience in an international class hotel Can communicate well  Can start immediately Amenable to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal
