Job Purpose: Therole is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Bill-To-Cash processes by performing systems testing and quality control activities. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of Bill-To-Cash systems, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot system and process issues. You will be instrumental in supporting frontline and back-office operations, regulatory compliance, and financial requirements across our Distribution Utilities (DUs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform systems and integration testing based on business requirements and functionalities.
• Conduct quality control for system process outputs, data, and overall system performance.
• Provide functional expertise on system usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.
• Train internal trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on new system functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on system and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year Business , Engineering or IT related course
• Willing to work on a project-based employment.
