Position: Account Executive | Location: Remote / Hybrid (Philippines-based preferred)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal tracking in CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and positioning.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills—comfortable speaking to executives, running demos, and articulating value clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.
