Fig Advisory | North EDSA, Manila - ONSITE (Non Negotiable) THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE. PHP: 28k - 40k PHP + Bonus We are hiring a Mechanical Draftsman to support an Australian‑based project. You will be working onsite from our Quezon City office as part of the Fig Advisory team, delivering drafting and documentation services for commercial and residential mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities Design & Drafting Prepare detailed mechanical services drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems). Produce accurate and coordinated shop drawings, schematics, and as‑built documentation. Apply engineering principles to support system design and layout development for commercial HVAC systems. Incorporate markups, design changes, and feedback efficiently and accurately. Quality Assurance & Coordination Review and perform QA checks on internal and subcontracted drawings prior to submission. Conduct clash detection between mechanical and other building services (electrical, hydraulic, fire, structural, architectural). Ensure all design documentation aligns with Client’s QA procedures and project standards. Assist in developing and maintaining drafting and QA standards across the business. Compliance & Technical Accuracy Verify all designs and drawings comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and project‑specific requirements. Support the mechanical engineer with technical documentation, system design verification, and design calculations. Work closely with the mechanical engineer, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met. Support coordination with consultants, builders, and subcontractors when required. Meet project deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP or building services drafting. Proficient in Simpro, AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage. Familiarity with Australian NCC, BCA, or AS/NZS standards is a plus (training provided). Strong attention to detail and time management. Experience with commercial or residential projects, ideally across APAC or international clients. Experience in creating Life Cycle Reports.
