Jacobs Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Control and Instrumentation Engineer Jacobs is seeking a Control and Instrumentation Engineer to lead I'C design reviews and support technical advisory services for energy and power projects, including CCGT and renewable technologies. Your Impact Lead I'C design reviews and support technical advisory services for energy and power projects, including CCGT and renewable technologies. Develop and review control system architecture, system descriptions, SOO, panel designs, and instrumentation specifications. Analyze and interpret P&IDs, instrument layouts, cable routing, hook‑up drawings, and I/O lists. Participate in HAZOP and CHAZOP sessions and provide on-site support as needed. Promote and engage in Jacobs' safety culture throughout project delivery. Mentor junior engineers on technical aspects and best practices. Contribute to bids, proposals, and client engagement activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project goals and maintain strong client relationships. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, I&C or similar. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in designing I'C systems in the power industry. Field experience is an advantage. Experience with software tools AutoCAD, SPI-Intools, Navisworks, PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc. Experience with protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, BACnet, HART, etc. About Jacobs We collaborate, share, and empower employees with a hybrid working policy, and support safety and flexibility.
