Overview The Safety and Security Manager is the Security and Safety executive of the proponent companies. He will lead and manage the proponents' security personnel as a single force. He serves as the leader and manager responsible for the development, implementation and management of the organizations security vision, strategy and programs. He directs security staff (under Security Provider) in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security posture across the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of financial, physical, and personal risk; establishes appropriate standards and risk controls associated with critical assets protection and safety; and directs the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures related to data security and safety. He is also responsible for scheduling and implementing all training of the security personnel. In addition, the Security Manager is both security administrator and security adviser to higher management. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations in the property including but not limited to security of materials, safety of personnel, and information of an organization, from fraud, theft, robbery, corporate espionage and sabotage, arson, intrusion, and attacks from criminals/terrorists. He also oversees the traffic management of the facilities. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Protective Services & Management or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Security Management for Village/Community/Estate, Liaison with LGU, Driving, Proficiency in MS Office, Report writing, Skills in conduct of incident investigations Preferably Supervisory or Manager Position or experience (not less than 5 years) in specialized in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent. Required Training Certificates: Certified Security Professional (CSP) Certified Security Trainer (CST) Certified Security Management Specialist (CSMS) Note: If not CST and CSMS certified yet, both certificates must be obtained within six months of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
