About the role Remedy Skintech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our medical team in Makati City Metro Manila on a part‑time basis. Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence‑based weight management and longevity programs. Ensure programs adhere to clinical best practices and maintain high standards of patient care. Develop and monitor safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with treatment programs. Ensure all clinical activities comply with ethical and regulatory standards. Provide guidance and training to physicians, nurses, and clinical staff on program protocols, treatment options, and patient management. Support continuous professional development of clinical team members. Spearhead research initiatives to advance weight management and metabolic therapy practices. Evaluate and integrate innovative therapies, including GLP-1 receptor agonists and peptide‑based treatments, into clinical programs. Create, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and guidelines for program delivery. Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Work closely with nutritionists, fitness specialists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Foster collaboration across departments to enhance program effectiveness. Develop and lead patient education initiatives to support sustainable lifestyle changes. Promote patient engagement and empowerment through clear communication and guidance. Drive the growth of Remedy’s weight loss and longevity services. Collaborate with business and marketing teams to expand service reach and impact. What we’re looking for Board‑certified Endocrinologist with a valid PRC license. Strong clinical knowledge in weight management, metabolic therapies, and related treatments. Experience with GLP-1 receptor agonists, peptide‑based treatments, or similar therapies is highly advantageous. Prior experience in research and development (R&D) is a plus. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across functions. Effective communication skills in English (oral and written). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance. Innovative mindset with the ability to drive program development and business growth.
