Digital UI/UX Designer (with Gen AI Expertise) Skubbs Group is a Singapore-based digital solutions provider comprising: Skubbs Private Limited , serving large organisations with bespoke digital transformation solutions (mobile apps, enterprise systems, AI‑powered platforms). The Support Station (TSS) , delivering turnkey solutions for SMEs, including websites, CRM, and marketing automation. We’ve worked with both enterprises and SMEs on projects aligned with government‑led digitisation initiatives. Our team includes IT consultants, developers, strategists, and creatives who are passionate about delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Create user‑centered design solutions that align with business goals and user needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience across platforms. Develop wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams. Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction. Collaborate with product managers, developers and fellow designers to define and implement design strategies, guidelines and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and design tools, including generative AI applications, to continuously improve design processes. Lead the end‑to‑end design process from ideation to final visual assets, ensuring consistency in design language and UI elements across digital products. Advocate for user‑centred design principles and champion usability, accessibility and innovation across the organisation. Requirements: At least 3 years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience for software products. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX projects and a deep understanding of design thinking principles. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and experience with generative AI design tools. Solid understanding of user‑centred design, usability and accessibility best practices. Experience conducting user research, usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail, delivering innovative yet user‑friendly designs. Knowledge of front‑end development principles is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Must have: a personal working laptop with a stable internet connection.
