Overview of Responsibilities
  • Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, and have multiple skill levels for assembly activities.
  • Demonstrate initiative in work and be a good team worker.
  • Assemble and/or install various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices.
  • Utilize small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
  • Work with Manufacturing team to ensure product on-time delivery by attaining daily and monthly production targets.
Requirements
  • Senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Preferably with experience in modern manufacturing tools and techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
