Client Success
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, professional relationships
- Conduct regular client check-ins via Zoom, SMS, email, and internal communication channels
- Support new clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our systems and services
- Proactively monitor client accounts, progress, and deliverables to ensure expectations are being met
- Address client questions, concerns, and requests quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal marketing, automation, and fulfillment teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving
- Manage client communication, tasks, pipelines, and account information inside GoHighLevel
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall experience
- Maintain clear documentation and follow-up on outstanding client action items
- Hit client success, retention, and performance KPIs
Tech Stack You'll Use
- GoHighLevel (GHL) - CRM, automations, internal communication & client channels
- Slack/Internal Communication Tools - team coordination and client updates
- Experience with these tools is a strong plus.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in client success, account management, customer support, or a client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicating with business owners and managing client expectations
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Bonus if you've worked in digital marketing, agencies, SaaS, AI/automation, or HVAC/home services
