Monitors loan processes and payments

• Process new loan applications and loan renewals;
• Prepare loan documents such as Real Estate Mortgage, Promissory note and other supporting documents for the timely release of approved loans;
• Prepare TELA Application Loan for employees
• Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy based on existing policies;
• Submit processed loan applications to the immediate head for recommendation and for approval of the President;
• Prepare reports of delinquent accounts at least once a week to be submitted to the immediate superior;
• Forward irreconcilable accounts to the immediate head for collection action;
• Ensure that the company loan and payment transactions are recorded accurately;
• Summarize current loans and payments by auditing documents and perform various account reconciliations within the deadline;
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;

Manages customer portfolio

• Review, update and maintain clients’ records in an orderly manner to ensure proper monitoring of accounts;
• Negotiate payment arrangement with clients having delinquent loan accounts;
• Provide options for appropriate solutions to customer needs.
• Advise borrowers/clients on the status of the loan application and methods/terms of payment of approved loans;
• Answer prospect clients’ loan inquiries on the different types of loans and credit options including payment terms;
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential;
• Support improvement and monitor the relevant customer service / customer satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio.

Prepares loans and payments monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual report

• Monitor due checks for rediscounting
• Initiates monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual discussion and review of financial data;
• Serves as the focal person in charge on the recording of updates, and changes in the loans and payments data;
• Go-to person for immediate clarifications and questions about loans and payments in the department;
• Prepares special loans and payments reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends;
• Answers loans and payments procedures questions by researching and interpreting loans and payments policies and regulations;
• Provides a comprehensive assessment and management of the company’s accounts.

Leads the IBP execution and review of the processes of GJ Lending

• Spearheads the accurate documentation of the process flow of GJ Lending’s loans and payments report;
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing loans and payments options;
• Maintains loans and payments security by following internal controls;
• Discuss the existing process with his/her team;
• Set metrics to measure success;
• Map out the current process;
• Review each individual step;
• Provides clear methods and processes to identify and prioritize risks;
• Creates consistent processes and procedures
• Map a new process.

Other duties and functions

• Field works (BIR, RO, RDO, NOTARY OFFICE, Government offices and LGUs)
• Complies with national, provincial, and local financial legal requirements, and advising management on needed actions;
• Such other duties and responsibilities the management may assign from time to time.
