What You’ll Be Doing As the Senior Management Accountant, you will report to an Australia‑based manager and play a vital role in the finance team, collaborating closely with senior management to support the company’s financial success. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with key stakeholders to prepare and analyze monthly management accounts Presenting financial results at management meetings Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and BAS/IAS returns Managing external auditor relations and audit queries Partnering with Commercial Managers to prepare budgets and forecastsSupporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) as needed What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience in Australian accounting and tax, preferably in media or related sectors A qualified accountant (CA/CPA preferred) Relevant experience in diverse revenue streams such as memberships, events, and advertising Sage Intacct experience is highly desirable Familiarity with Chargebee and HubSpot is an advantage Highly autonomous and self‑motivated Process improvement‑oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Bonus Points For Demonstrated experience in managing complex financial reporting and analysis in high‑growth environments.
