Well-versed in preparing baseline schedules, look ahead, time impact analysis and cost loaded schedules, statement of values, estimate for vouchers. Procurement schedules for long lead items, material request forecast (MRF). BOQ analysis, EOT, VO/MOD, and billing reports. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6). Track actual vs. planned progress and generate S-curves and forecasts. Evaluate BOQs, variation orders, and subcontractor scopes. Prepare planning and cost reports to support management and billing. Coordinate with site teams, PMs, cost control, and procurement.
