JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager for Network & Security to manage and oversee the organization's portfolio of network and security technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple network and security products, including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, and other industry-leading solutions. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the performance and effectiveness of the security infrastructure, ensuring that the organization's network is secure, scalable, and efficient.

The Portfolio Manager will be expected to provide strategic oversight, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align security and networking solutions with business needs. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, project management, and vendor management skills to ensure successful delivery and operation of network and security products.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Management:

Manage and oversee the organization's portfolio of network and security technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of network security products (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, and others), ensuring best practices are followed for configuration, deployment, and maintenance.Maintain a comprehensive view of the network and security product lifecycle, ensuring regular assessments of product performance and alignment with business needs.Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers, including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco, to ensure service delivery and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for network and security infrastructure, identifying key products, solutions, and capabilities required to meet the company's objectives.Collaborate with senior IT leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop a roadmap for network security upgrades and improvements.Lead the implementation of network security initiatives and ensure the successful execution of related projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with IT infrastructure, security operations, and other teams to ensure that network security measures are effectively integrated across the entire organization.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Compliance, Operations) to ensure the network security portfolio supports broader organizational goals.Coordinate with project management teams to ensure that network and security initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company priorities.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Ensure that all network and security products comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies.Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of security products to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.Develop and implement processes to manage and mitigate security risks across the network portfolio.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), or Fortinet NSE are highly preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network security, with a focus on portfolio management and experience with leading products such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar technologies.Proven experience in managing network and security technologies across large-scale enterprise environments.Strong experience in vendor management, including working with multiple network and security product vendors to ensure SLAs and product effectiveness.Solid understanding of network security principles, such as firewall management, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and secure access controls.Expertise in network security technologies, including Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, and other industry-standard solutions.Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in managing complex technical projects.Knowledge of network architecture, cloud security, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in high-stakes or urgent situations.Willing to work on-site ad to travel to BGCPreferably someone who can start ASAP but not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
