DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : A. Solution Design Review & Validation 1. Critically assess technical proposals submitted by Solution Architects and Engineering teams. 2. Validate high-level and low-level designs to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with project objectives. 3. Flag architectural risks, design flaws, or overengineered solutions before Gate 2 planning begins. B. Project Support & Technical Oversight 1. Collaborate with Project Managers as the technical subject matter expert during initiation, planning, execution, and closure. 2. Participate in scoping, BoQ validation, effort estimation, and deployment strategy formulation. 3. Conduct technical walkthroughs, impact analyses, and readiness reviews for complex deployments. C. Governance & PMG Compliance 1. Ensure all endorsed solutions adhere to Hybrid PMO Gating requirements and technical documentation standards. 2. Serve as a gatekeeper for technical sign-off at critical stages (especially before procurement or client handover). 3. Help enforce centralized documentation, architectural traceability, and standardized design review practices. D. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement 1. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Network/Systems Engineers, and third-party vendors for technical alignment. 2. Join project governance forums and decision checkpoints to provide technical input. 3. Represent PMG in design clarifications, integration strategy discussions, and resolution of technical conflicts. E. Risk Management & Quality Assurance 1. Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies. 2. Participate in the formulation and upkeep of project-level and PMG-wide risk registers. 3. Ensure proper technical QA measures, test plans, and acceptance criteria are built into the execution plan. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Certifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or Telecommunications. 2. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, ITIL) are a strong plus. Experience: 1. Minimum five (5) years in a technical implementation, architecture, or systems integration role. 2. Minimum two (2) years supporting or interacting with project delivery teams in IT/TELCO environments. 3. Strong understanding of Telco infrastructure (IP/MPLS, Core, Access, OSS/BSS) or IT enterprise systems. Technical Skills: 1. Technical architecture validation and design assurance 2. Risk analysis and quality gate implementation 3. Familiarity with deployment models (on-prem/cloud/hybrid) 4. Understanding of solution lifecycles and integration patterns #J-18808-Ljbffr
