We’re seeking experienced UX/IA Designers for upcoming projects in ecommerce and other web-based platforms. What to Expect (Once Placed With a Client) As a UX/IA Designer, you’ll collaborate with developers, project managers, and content teams to create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly web experiences. You will: Design and refine site architecture to optimize user experience and information flow Plan and coordinate with the development team on site builds and UX solutions Set clear success benchmarks at project kickoff and evaluate results post-launch Conduct and synthesize user research to drive strategic design decisions Create sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma or Sketch Design full website interfaces with a focus on usability and engagement Develop detailed design spec sheets for development handoff Ensure designs are developer-friendly, considering technical constraints Define and communicate content requirements (copy, images, assets) Keep projects within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining quality. What We Look For 5+ years of combined experience in web design, UX, and information architecture Strong portfolio showcasing UX design, wireframes, prototypes, and IA planning Solid understanding of ecommerce UX best practices Proficiency with Figma and/or Sketch Experience conducting and analyzing user research Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities (coding not required) Nice to Have Experience working with international or remote teams Familiarity with Agile design workflows and tools Exposure to accessibility standards in web design.
