What You’ll Do Build and maintain reliable data pipelines, warehouses, and ETL processes across Azure and on‑prem Engineer solutions with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and SQL Automate everything you can with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines Explore vector databases and support LLM data pipelines when needed Contribute to Azure Datafoundry discussions and architecture POCs Collaborate with devs, analysts, and cloud engineers to keep data healthy and scalable Monitor, optimise, and occasionally save the day when a query goes rogue Requirements 5+ years in data engineering, data management, or warehousing Strong experience with Azure Data services, ETL frameworks, and SQL optimisation Familiarity with data pipelines for LLMs or vector store management (nice‑to‑have) Awareness of Azure Datafoundry (bonus points) Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and DevOps pipelines Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi‑client setup preferred Pride in documentation, because "it’s in my head" isn’t a strategy Benefits Hybrid setup from our Ortigas office, or fully remote if you’re outside Metro Manila Standard AU shift, weekends off HMO from day one, plus one dependent covered Access to Uprise for 1:1 coaching with psychologists or counsellors 10 paid study days per year and certification exam fees covered Pay rise for earning certifications (conditions apply) 25 days paid leave annually ₱20,000 referral bonus and ₱10,000 MVP Award Profit sharing and loyalty bonuses Regular social events, team lunches, and zero forced karaoke (unless you start it) Why First Focus Hybrid work | Regular hours | Flexible leave options | High‑end office Paid training days | Certifications | Mentoring | Career growth Loyalty profit share | Referral bonuses | A genuinely supportive team Neurodiversity Neurodiverse?
