LOGISTIC OFFICER

Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or similar.
At least 3 years experience in logistics, customs, brokerage, and supply chain.
Has strong communications and planning skills.
Handle supplier, other partners globally (internal and external) inquiries, complaints, claims, and credit status/standing on a professional and proactive manner.
Coordinate with overseas offices/agents for import freight routing and cargo movement.
Track all inbound shipments, notify concerned parties (i.e. Shipper, Consignee, broker, etc.) and provision of all import related documents necessary for customs clearance under consumption entry.
Communicate effectively with concerned parties the shipment status information, document amendments, and compliance to operating procedures and other related matters.
Ensure timely update of mandatory events and submission of required document for tax exemption and fast reports required by concerned departments.
Properly file, update and safe keep all pertinent documents/records of the company.
Validate the timeliness and accuracy of request for billings and requests for payments.
Perform other task/s as required.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
Willing to work at Hyundai Engineering, Pulong Sta. Cruz, Santa Rosa Laguna.
