Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled, technical Parabroker to work for us remotely. This is NOT an admin role This is NOT just loan processing This is a broker-level technical role requiring full commitment You will be the operational engine behind our loan files performing almost all the technical and credit tasks a mortgage broker does (except financial advice and compliance sign‑off). This is a full‑time, long‑term role for someone serious about building a career with us. Key Responsibilities Client & Broker Support Act as a professional point of contact for clients Manage document collection and follow‑ups Keep clients updated throughout their loan journey Credit & Policy Work Research lender policies and speak with BDMs Run accurate serviceability assessments, pricing & valuations Prepare detailed Preliminary Assessments Recommend structures based on goals, borrowing capacity, and policy fit Loan Application Preparation Complete full loan applications end‑to‑end Submit through Apply Online and lender portals Prepare compliance documents and evidence Maintain files to broker sign‑off level Loan Tracking Monitor valuations, conditions approvals, and settlement Liaise with lenders, assessors, and conveyancers Ensure a seamless client experience CRM & Workflow Management Maintain accurate notes and records Update internal systems and provide regular broker updates Mandatory Experience 5+ years as a Parabroker (not admin/processor) Ability to handle entire loan file preparation independently Strong understanding of: Lender policies Serviceability rules NCCP and compliance Trust lending and investment scenarios LMI and niche credit policies Technical Skills Proficient with: ApplyOnline Lender portals CRM systems (e.g., Salestrekker, Mercury) Strong document review and accuracy skills Excellent written and verbal English communication Personal Qualities Highly organized and detail‑driven Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude Strong client service skills Ability to manage multiple applications smoothly Loyal, dedicated, and committed to long‑term growth Work Requirements Full‑time (40 hours/week) – dedicated solely to JAY Finance Quiet professional working environment Reliable laptop and internet connection Attendance at meetings, workflow reviews, and training sessions Strict Data Privacy & Security Requirements Because you will handle sensitive financial information, you must comply with: Australian Privacy Act 1988 Strict confidentiality protocols No sharing, storing, or printing client documents outside approved systems Secure work environment (no shared spaces) No use of personal devices for client data No side jobs or client conflicts Work Arrangement & Expectations This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
