Why You’ll Love It Here Growth you can see – promotions and career paths await Learning that sticks – trainings to sharpen your skills A workplace that cares – inclusive, supportive, and people‑first Health coverage you can count on Rewards when you refer friends to join the team Your Day‑to‑Day Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET (C#) for backend and Angular for frontend Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable, cloud‑native solutions Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and contribute to solution architecture and modernization initiatives Ensure applications meet performance, security, and maintainability standards across Azure (preferred) or AWS environments Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile practices to improve delivery speed and code quality Support system upgrades, technology transitions, and end‑of‑life planning for legacy platforms Document technical designs, processes, and dependencies, and present solutions or demos to stakeholders What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study Strong experience with .NET (C#) for backend development Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, and CSS3 Solid experience with cloud platforms – Azure preferred; AWS acceptable Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern development patterns Strong knowledge of relational databases Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies Experience leading technical teams or initiatives Exposure to solution architecture, including dependency management and service design Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have): Experience with Java or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), OutSystems or other low‑code platforms, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), system upgrade planning and end‑of‑life technology transitions, and the ability to coordinate and present technical demos to stakeholders Open to a fixed‑term contract, subject to extension Work Setup Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office) Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday We’re a global provider of IT and business process services, helping industries like telecommunications, healthcare, retail, banking, e‑commerce, travel, and logistics.
