Job Description The Master Data Associate will have the following responsibilities: Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data in accordance with defined policies and standards. Perform regular data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations to maintain integrity. Act as the first point of contact for issue escalation related to master data processes. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and process evidence. Execute process controls and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and deliver reports to support business and operational decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations. The Successful Applicant The successful Master Data Associate should have the following: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Solid understanding of data management processes, controls, and compliance requirements. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in using ERP systems and other data management tools. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive approach to continuous improvement and adapting to evolving business needs.
