Job Description

The Master Data Associate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data in accordance with defined policies and standards.
  • Perform regular data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations to maintain integrity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for issue escalation related to master data processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and process evidence.
  • Execute process controls and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful Master Data Associate should have the following:

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Solid understanding of data management processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and adapting to evolving business needs.
