We are looking for passionate and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team at The Peninsula Manila. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our esteemed guests. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. * Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a positive attitude and anticipating their needs. * Assist with setting up and clearing dining tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. * Be knowledgeable about the menu and specials, and provide recommendations when needed. * Process payments accurately and efficiently. * Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages. * Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and efficient service experience. * Uphold the high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness as required by the hotel. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. * A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
