Coding and Development: Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code using backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Go) and frameworks. API Design and Development: Creating and maintaining robust, secure, and well-documented APIs that front-end and mobile developers can use. Database Management: Working with databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing performance. Performance Optimization: Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, ensuring the backend can handle high traffic and data loads. Mentorship and Guidance: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, reviewing code, and sharing best practices. Working closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Testing and Quality Assurance: Developing and executing tests to ensure the backend components are functioning correctly and meeting performance requirements. Security: Implementing security best practices to protect applications and data from vulnerabilities. Documentation: Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for backend code, APIs, and systems. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping up with the latest backend technologies, tools, and trends. Qualifications Candidates must be degree in BS Computer Course 5-10 yrs experience in Senior Backend Developer Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js). Backend Frameworks: Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Rails). API Development: Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Database Management: Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is often required. DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps principles and tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Version Control: Experience with Git and other version control systems. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
