SAP Implementation Experience End‑to‑end implementation from system study, BBP presentation and approval, realization, training, UAT to post‑go‑live hyper‑care. Technical Experience In‑depth SAP SD knowledge with 2‑4 implementations including gap analysis, business blueprint, realization, testing, go‑live and support. Worked on various projects, including configuration, master data setup, interface testing, data conversion, end‑user training, and UAT conduction. Managed enterprise structure in the SD module and its integration with other modules; created customer master data, material master data, and customer‑material info records; handled account group control and configuration. Strong knowledge of ECC and S/4 HANA. Configured sales‑order management concepts such as scheduling agreements, customer contracts, third‑party sales, and consignment stock. Handled transfer of requirements, output determination, and credit management. Customized sales documents (inquiry, quotation, sales order) and configured schedule lines, contracts, and copy control. Extensively worked on and created new pricing routines and communication strategies. Proficient in configuring the complete Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) business process, focusing on order management, pricing, available‑to‑promise (ATP), delivery, credit management, rebates, and billing. Other Skills Providing analysis and technical expertise. Developing workflows and enhancements. Preparing project documents and reports. Communicating effectively with clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
