Be part of a mission-driven organization that values excellence, integrity, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards. Manage financial transactions, accounting software, and electronic banking operations. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and internal controls. Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Qualifications Licensed CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. Minimum 5 years of managerial accounting experience. Proficient in accounting software, electronic banking, and Microsoft Office. Prior experience in accounting firms or service-oriented companies is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
