Head of Technical Delivery - Wealth Management

A leading global financial institution is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technical Delivery to lead and transform its Wealth Management and Private Banking technology portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation in a fast-paced, client-centric environment—delivering innovation at scale across a global platform.

As the Head of Technical Delivery, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and future growth goals. You’ll lead globally distributed teams and collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge digital capabilities.

  • Lead and inspire large-scale technology teams (50+ FTEs) across global locations
  • Own and execute the delivery roadmap for Wealth Management and Private Banking platforms
  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance to align delivery with strategy
  • Champion Agile and DevOps best practices to drive speed and resiliency
  • Manage third-party vendors and commercial partnerships, notably with Avaloq
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technology delivery within financial services
  • Deep expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking ecosystems
  • Hands-on knowledge of Avaloq, including commercial and vendor management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of execution excellence and continuous improvement
  • Influence the digital transformation agenda at an institutional level
  • Work with high-performing teams in a progressive, agile environment
  • Compensation: Up to USD 300k base + performance bonus
