Nature and Scope of Role The Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions FP&A team and will assist with financial planning, reporting and analysis. We are looking for someone who can take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support, communicate effectively; identify and drive improvements; and develop relationships within the finance organization. Specific Responsibilities Leverage analytical and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of data to more effectively translate data into insights for business decision making. Partner with FP&A team to provide variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting. Support monthly and annual forecasts for segment headquarters Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to communicate and assist with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis Role focuses more on analytics, accounting and financial planning, must have relevant experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting process Good communication skills Experience in shared service / global manufacturing - preferred High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools Involved in process improvements initiatives with proven savings or process efficiencies Experience in transition and process migration is an advantage Must be willing to work on mid shift or night shift depending on business need #J-18808-Ljbffr
