As a Trading Services Analyst in the Trading Services team, you will perform detailed analysis on cases and tickets received from Financial Advisors, Fund Managers, and Carriers. You will ensure all processes strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, accelerate business risk incidents promptly, and contribute to process transformation initiatives. You will work collaboratively to maintain effective controls and deliver a customer‑focused experience. This role offers opportunities to develop your analytical skills and drive operational improvements. Job Responsibilities Analyze cases and tickets from Advisors, Fund Managers, and Carriers in accordance with established SOPs Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner Maintain comprehensive understanding of SOPs and ensure strict compliance Document and report any deviations from SOPs Escalate potential business risk incidents promptly and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks Maintain accurate records of risk incidents and actions taken Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement Participate in initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency Implement best practices for robust controls management Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Deliver a customer‑centric approach in all aspects of the role Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Two years of experience in trading services or a related role Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Demonstrated ability to escalate and manage business risk incidents Experience in process improvement and transformation Commitment to strict SOP adherence and controls management Customer‑focused mindset Strong organizational and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Experience with trading platforms Knowledge of Wealth Management Advanced proficiency in financial analysis software Experience participating in process transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments Demonstrated leadership in risk management #J-18808-Ljbffr
