A Role for Strategic, Digital-First Marketers

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at The Ortus Club, you will own the design and execution of digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversions from senior business executives worldwide.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise across paid media, SEO, social, content, and automation to ensure our events and initiatives reach the right people, with the right message, at the right time.

This role requires a results-oriented mindset, deep digital expertise, and the ability to align creativity with measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with global colleagues across marketing, sales, and events to ensure campaigns deliver impact and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to promote events, campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Own paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) from planning to optimisation
  • Drive SEO and content marketing strategies to improve visibility and inbound engagement
  • Manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation workflows to support lead generation and nurturing
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report on ROI
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and tools to ensure The Ortus Club remains innovative and competitive
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, events, or agency settings
  • Proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Expertise in paid media, SEO, content, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment
