JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

Assists in the application of accounting, financial, economic and data analysis expertise to address clients’ critical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Engagement Management: Participate and lead in engagement team planning meetings, gather data from interviews and other sources, prepare and sign off working papers, check the accuracy of engagement schedules, perform assigned engagement procedures, ensure procedures are fully performed and documented, respond to review notes, exercise professional skepticism, communicate problems to the Engagement Lead Consultant, conduct research and discuss resolutions with Engagement Lead Consultant or Managing Consultant, file evidence in the engagement binder, complete all workpapers before the release of the report, and submit supporting workpapers during the review process.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain coordination and good working relationships with client personnel, superiors, teammates, and other associates; maintain a positive, proactive attitude when accepting assignments and working with P&A personnel.
  • Administrative Functions And Others: Provide assistance to higher-level personnel in proposals and other projects; organize working paper files; complete and submit accurate time reports; comply with firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Information Technology or any other related courses
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Outstanding academic and leadership credentials
  • Fresh CPA board exam passers are encouraged to apply

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills
  • Ability to self-prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle detail
  • Willingness to travel on short notice and for extended periods
  • Positive, energetic attitude and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive to work independently while being an effective team member
  • Proactive in asking clarifying questions
  • Solid understanding and ability to apply risk and control concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications
